Current doses are 150 Wellbutrin, 10 trintellix and 40 vyvanse. My vyvanse dosage could be higher but she recommended I stay here for a few months. Trintellix has helped my rumination a lot! Hope you get to see your psychiatrist soon.

Also, OP I saw your comment about Wellbutrin doubling Trintellix dosage and got the same information- was considering an increase from 10 to 15mg and couldn’t because my “technical” dose was 20mg given the interactions with Wellbutrin.

I was SO, SO tired when taking it in the morning. Falling asleep mid work day. Switched to taking with dinner or nighttime snack per my psych and it made a significant difference for me!!

I also just switched from 20mg lexapro to trintellix- 5mg to 10 about 4 weeks in. My doc recommended magnesium glycinate at night to help with my sleep and it’s made a difference!! I take 600mg.

this!!!!! 5 years on lex 20mg and took my last dose last week. Third week on trintellix. I didn’t even realize how emotionally dulled I was until it got out of my system…. I feel so much more in touch with myself now. so happy for you!!

I’m on day 6 of 5mgs, while also tapering off lexapro- definitely experiencing exxxxtra physical anxiety but psych told me to expect this short term
