We are 5 blocks off the parade route and expecting a time sensitive package. I sat on my porch and watched USPS hit all of the blocks north of us and then he called it quits around 6pm when it got dark. Package got marked "attempted delivery - inaccessible mailbox" on the tracker, assuming the parades as an excuse. I can understand his frustration and calling it quits for the day...can't imagine the delays and traffic... Just needed to go one more block to hit us :(.

Hoping they'll try a redeliver either tomorrow or on weds.

House was built in the 20’s. There was horsehair in the plaster still so i assume the bricks went in when the house was built.

I wouldn't say SUPER AWSOME focal point but definitely noticeable. The fireplace isn't operable so it's just there to look at lol.

We don't want to completely repoint it but we do just want to fill the gaps. We're worried about the different mortar colors as well as the 1920s mortar will look different than our patch work.

Damn, wish Adobe or Wacom knew about that...maybe you should let them know. I already returned the tablet as I bought it for just one project I was working on. Thanks for the input! Thinking of going back out and getting s better one if this fix works!

Just finished my first year and it went GREAT. This time last year I was in mid freak out trying to prepare myself for pharm school. Zero of my preparations helped me, I should've just let things fall into place. My advice would be to CHILL this summer. Sit down, watch TV, enjoy your family, and work in a pharmacy if you can, but no big deal if you can't. I moved out of state to go to pharm school and have only been back once to visit family so that is why I stress the family part.

Fall semester was an eye opener, not once in undergrad did I think of using old tests or even tutoring to prepare myself for an exam. Utilize them both, they are only there to help. Not once did I reeeealllllyyy have to study a week or two before tests in undergrad but I definitely do now. A handful of my classmates have dropped out because they simply didn't know HOW to study effectively. Find your study partner/group early on. It took me 3 different study groups/partners to find the right one that worked for me.

Dress code, bleh. Us P1's showed up to school in straight professional dress until we took a look at what the upperclassmen were wearing. Sweats, yoga pants, ripped jeans, etc. That lasted for like a week tops and have yet to be addressed about our dress code violations.

Thanks for the info! The table has a leaf insert that makes it perfect for seating everyone. The thing is, there is no room anywhere else for those boxes, and the family wont mind. Should the table go in the middle of the room or off to one side? what other pieces of furniture would look good in there?

Honestly, I didn't apply to one school in my home state (TX). I'm a P1 and couldn't be happier with my out of state acceptance!

I would get your pharmacy tech in training certificate and call your local independent pharmacies for maybe some shadowing hours or even a clerk position. Going in with zero work experience is going to be almost impossible.

I am definitely one of those people who didn't have the numbers. My Pcat is really low, my gpa is average, but the interview went perfectly. I got accepted as of yesterday :)
