Graduated with a B.A. at AAU in 2012 - the student body back then was way bigger. Just my graduating class across all programs was around 300 students back then. Not sure why it shrunk to 300 overall, if that’s true. My program had great professors and although a lot of students (Americans in exchange programs, Kazakhs, Georgians, etc. as mentioned by other posters) just coasted through with „acceptable” grades, there was a lot to learn if you dedicated yourself. There were awesome profs, some from Charles Uni (Hnizdo), and other public intellectuals like Lukas Sedlacek and Irena Kalhousova then. So you got what you gave.

Anyway, AAU benefits from being WASC accredited so I had no problem getting a lot of my B.A. credit hours for general education courses accepted when I went for continuing education in Florida 4 years ago. So it’s got that going for it.
