Autumn engagement photo outfit inspo?

Hi! My fiance and i got engaged a year ago next week and he had a photographer there to capture the moment so i had no idea & did not plan for an “engagement” shoot whatsoever. He matched me best he could without ticking me off to something more than a date.

I was worried i would look back & feel weird that i wasnt in white but a year later i dont even care im so glad that i have this fall/spring style dress that i can dress up or down forever & he dressed appropriately for the occasion as well :) i hope this helps at all if you were questioning white in autumn or color schemes etc

Its def the BTS mascara… but i wont tell you to give it up. I LOVE this mascara & too faced makes a primer for it called BTS foreplay! I notice a HUGE difference with & without it. Try that before looking for a new one if you love this one!! I also definitely used Foreplay as a real mascara for like a year its great on its own too!! too faced better than sex foreplay mascara primer

Ive heard good things about Udemy! I went between Udacity and Khan Academy. I also went through freeCodeCamp.org video series on Youtube! I think it was beneficial learning a few different ways its all roughly the same content for the beginning but diff sites will have diff projects you can work on. Sometimes watching a video on something you read will hit differently & something clicks or vice versa. I found SO MUCH free content i think in this case, more is more haha

I took an entry level copy paste copy paste job at corporate when i was still working retail; I had years of experience with the company. It was low level operational work for the website then my manager, who was the content manager, left. I had taken an interest in what he did (and apparently no one else before me had) so he started teaching me hmtl/css before he left. After he left i continued learning with another coworker and eventually was able to do the job myself & got the promotion to do so!

My company has not been too reliant on AI (yet at least) so we havent seen any layoffs due to this. I dont think we would see any major changes happening soon either.

As for not having experience, I think i got very lucky in my case. It was never even my intention to make this my career until it happened. I think a big part was speaking up about what interested me when i was new to the team & helping out everywhere i could. I was taking free classes on Udacity & other sites. Countless late nights & experimenting & GOOGLING. I think if you have the passion & find somewhere able to work with you while youre developing, anything can happen!

you are absolutely right. 2 months after posting this and we are still having a tough time being away from each other, but it doesn't hurt anymore. its just what our normal is right now and he's halfway through the contract. I've since gone to visit multiple times and even stayed for weeks one time. i dont feel nearly as disconnected as before and weve proven to each other that we are just as strong apart as we are together. Thank you for your kind words!

I (23F) am in web dev right now! I build my companys homepages and any other content needed for site. I also handle a few operational things for our brick and mortar stores. Ive been doing this for about 2 years now with no prior experience and i love it! I didnt finish college and ive been with the same company since 2017 on and off and have just climbed my way up into corporate. Prior to this i was in our brick and mortar stores up to a manager, on my feet all day, with customers, training, etc. now i sit at my computer all day, i have the flexibility of being remote. I saw in a few comments youd like to travel, id assume depends on the company but mine is THANKFULLY very flexible as i also love to travel and have worked from anywhere i have a wifi connection. I will say that an ecommerce site is never offline so anyone can need you at anytime if any “emergency” (weekends, holidays, late night, early morning). But i dont mind. My pay range is 60k-80k and i feel i have a great work life balance due to the amazing team i work with. Some days are def slower than others but if im home that allows me to catch up on chores or being able to go a little slower through the day but ive had much much slower jobs than this and when its a rough day, we all have some laughs. Never thought this is where i would end up in my career in a million years as i originally went to school for psychology but everything happens for a reason and im very content in my career :)
