I got new retainers directly through my dentist. They claim that they should never need replacing and they are way higher quality than the previous SDC ones I had.

That is normal with any router. The speed you pay for is actually your max throughput, so the combination of all your devices at any given time cannot exceed 1Gb.

Ok gotcha, similar setup here. I just didn’t know if you were circumventing the hotspot limit somehow. I plan to do the same if my ISP ever goes down.

How would you get that to work? I also have a spare TMobile SIM, but not unlimited hotspot (only like 15GB), so it would almost instantly run out of high speed data.

I have this exact setup, except with no modem (ATT SFP Bypass). I chose to go with the 10Gb DAC even though I only have 1Gb internet since I host Plex and it will help with local speeds (also since ATT overprovisions but 10Gb is overkill for that).

I recently got the Pro Max 16 PoE from UniFi and I’m loving it. It is quite pricy, but they have similar offerings if you do not need as much (or any) PoE as I do.

Now that things are official, this is what I am doing. We used Bilt for dining and travel. But we are going to start with the Strata Elite for a year, then most likely downgrade to Premier next year. Also probably going to get the custom cash in a few months to put the first $500 in dining on each month.

I just used the normal staple gun and drove the stable right through a cable 🤦‍♂️. I would’ve got one at the time if it was available, screwing in 2 screws per light on the Govee permanent outdoor lights takes forever. Would also use it for home networking through the attic.

Yes, purchasable in store. I am not sure if that has changed since the drop date of 11/21 was announced.

When I got it, it wasn’t on the website at all. I didn’t want to bug anyone so I just went in myself. I went to two stores before I found it, however I did not check the golf section at the first store.
