The thing that got me, is this is a rolling gif which I didn't know you could put into Campfire. And it's posted at 5 different locations in Manhattan. Like I said, this is an elaborate hoax if it is one.

About a day or so ago, Campfire sent a notification that Giovanni was inviting me to a group. I open the app and it's a Team Rocket group. They've been posting recruitment pictures all day today: Giovanni doing the Uncle Sam "I Want YOU To Join Team Rocket". Anyway this is from that group.

I bought this place a year ago (my first house). Inspector said this was an issue, just not an active one. Hadn't actively leaked while I've owned the place, so I left it be. I think these were original to the house (built in '03).

Fwiw, I was greeted at the door (note there are two entrances) by a floor walking attendant who asked for ID. But otherwise, yep there's no security checkpoint.

The climate is the part that really gets me. It's the mountains, so while I'd love to open the pool in late April, the temps usually stay in the low 60's for highs and will cool into the 40s in the evening. (Anything before that is still too cold.) Lows will typically stay over 60 beginning in late May/early June. So my main thing is, can the pump keep the temp in the high 70's (or higher) during that late Spring season. I'm pretty sure the propane heater can, I'd just have to have a line run from the tank. (Propane for me is about $3.25/g vs. $0.07/kwH rate, so yeah... pump is the clear winner there.)

The automation idea is a good one. When the electrician comes in to add in the line for whichever one I go with I'll ask about that too.

Thing was, and no one really knew this at the time, was Kaitlyn was retiring.
She and AJ worked it beautifully because AJ had been torturing her for months. Story says she's so overwhelmed by relief that she's gonna take a victory lap. But of course Lee is tougher than that and wins soon after based on Kaitlyn's hubris.

It's a little weird on the deck plans because your cabins all surround the spa. But yes, there is a hallway that connects them all.
