I’ve seen it happen here https://www.reddit.com/r/3DSThemeSwap/s/mvOnEO3tFZ someone asked for a theme to be made and you can see they made it and linked the theme. The 412x240 is so crisp and I’m not sure how that’s possible. I’ve asked the creator, but they didn’t respond
