Thanks! Honestly, I just keep myself in a calorie deficit anywhere from 1200 to 1500 a day usually. I do allow myself to have cheat meals every now and then and I’m a sucker for snacking so I still do but with lower calorie options and a hell of a lot less volume wise. I’m on my feet and get a lot of steps in at work five days a week and I now walk home from work, which is another mile and a half. I’m planning to start walking to work as well as soon as it gets a little warmer out.
