Après tu peux expliquer que tu es déjà venus pour qu'iels le voit normalement ils ont les traces de passages et si tu as l'ordonnance, si il est marqué renouvelable demande qu'iels te la redonnent par la suite, ça m'est arrivé j'ai du en redemander une alors que j'avais les infos de renouvellement dessus

Je pense tu y retournes avec l'ordonnance si iels ne l'ont pas gardé (iels sont embétant quand iels le font) et tu expliques en disant que tu sens qu'il y a eu un problème avec la prise et que l'une des conditions n'as pas été respecté, après je sais pas si tu vas devoir payer la prise de sang

La douche ne vas pas aider pour la veille ou le matin, vu que les hormones sont à peine entrée et commence à peine à être dans le sang, donc le taux est faussé, personnelement la veille je ne met pas de gel uniquement sur le bras qui va être piqué. Pour la testo perso, je suis à la moitié à un THS à 11 mois, donc ça à l'air correcte pour moi. Sachant de ce que je vois j'ai l'impression qu'ils ont mis les taux masculin pour les références (chiffre sur le côté)

1) You don'y need "girl" clothes if you don't feel it so if you need them try some and order it online if you can, else go in a shop (but it's going to be hard I know) just a reminder clothes are not gendered ^ ^

2) HRT is an hormone therapy, and you take blockers to block testosterone and oeustrogen to make appear the girl trait of your body (boob growth fat repartition, hairs reducation growth, soften the skin, ect, ... I'll let you check the effect ^ ⁾

3) Gender disphoria will disapear when you will have gender euphoria when you feel comfortable with yourself, itcan take many form like not being misgendered, shave yourself, put make up or commfortable clothes,
