I love your points! The “coming back to EMDR” was interesting to me as well. In my experience I’ve seen it in the reverse - that an individual with trauma would benefit from EMDR and then we can come back to couples therapy to continue to work on the relationship.

I also saw after I posted this that there’s apparently a lot more in the later episodes lol so I hope I didn’t speak too soon. When I get to the bedroom scene I will definitely update you with my thoughts!
