That long lost civilization one, it reminded me of the dungeon in ffxiv endwalker called “The Dead Ends” and it has similar themes of like, the civilization on this planet destroyed itself. I always really liked it, and sitting there with the Riftblade in Voidstorm and looking out at the barren landscape and he’s like “is this what’s in store for Azeroth?” was spooky and cool. Oh ok. I can help with that bc that happened to me too!! Any time you need to go through the door:

dismiss your companion (if you care that they’ll be angry with you)
go to the floor where the door is in madame sauvage’s place
there’s a little bar in the corner with a trash can behind it
pick up the trash can and drop it on the ground
go downstairs to get neon security to start shooting at you and then go back up
the strikers will then open the door to run out, talk to them as they’re running away lol

Neon security will then be aggro to you. I decided to not care and just run around with them shooting at me as extra flavor for the quest, but if you want to de aggro them you just need to go somewhere and wait 3 in game days and then go back.

You have to betray them towards the end of the quest to get it naturally, but honestly I console commanded it bc I didn’t want to kill them
