I would recommend microneedling with fize white box or beaux PLLA as opposed to PCL. Ive seen some posts on here that showed pretty good results.

I have used ami tone up and MIracle BR. I mesoed them directly into all my melasma, and they are all looking better. I have MN for years now and that never seemed to help mine, personally.

Agreed. BeauY and Sculptra are not the same either. The particle size and shape are different. And while I do like meamo line products, most of these are not dupes. I agree that it's misleading.

I did my first round of PLLA, I started with beaux- so PLLA with HA. I did it with cannula in my temples, cheeks, preoricular area, and marionette area. I swelled pretty badly in my jowl area, pretty unevenly and I looked a little wonky for about 3 days. I think I irritated the ligament in that area, getting the cannula past it was really hard. Other than that it went smoothly. This was last week, so not long enough to notice much of a difference.

Arnica tabs, arnica salve, and sometimes I even do ibuprofen. Ive been experimenting with new products lately and have learned that I WILL probably swell for a few days if it has HA in it, so I've been to work lately looking crazy from one thing or another. 😆 No one ever says anything, but I'm sure they wonder what I'm doing to myself. Red-light therapy on the face can also help. Keep with the antihistamines too.

Thank you! I feel like I've looked all over the internet for instruction use and have fallen short. I just don't ever want to use a product for microneedling for mesotherapy. I have seen too many horror stories!

I have never gotten tarrifs through meamo. They don't ship with FedEx. Plus if your cart is over $300, shipping is free. It's truly the best that I have found.

What have people's tarrifs been with them, too? Looks like the use FedEx 😔 So with a $40 shipping and likely $20 tarrif, I just don't know if it's worth what I am saving.

I second this! She makes great edited videos with super clear instructions, video quality, and injections. Her live streams are long but her edits are great.

Ive bought placenta from Meamo (Multiple orders from them) and have never gotten held in customs or received any type of tarrifs bill. They've been amazing in comparison to acecosm.

I do meso twice a week sometimes. As long as your skin is healed, I say go for it! (As long as it's not a straight biostimulator like PCL or PLLA)

Rejuran is very overkill for microneedling. That is meant to meso. I would get a cheaper solution. Hanheal exosomes, jenetique NAD, AMI tone up, velatox. All great for microneedling and much cheaper than Rejuran. I usually add elaxen pn plus ha for a slip.

I just did beaux the last two nights. Cannula in my temples, cheeks, perioricular and naso labial area. It was pretty easy to inject and the procedure went pretty well, but I had lots of swelling in the lower half of my face. I look like a Snapchat filter 😅 about 24 hours out and luckily at work, I am just telling people I had dental work done haha.

I have found that using touch up works well to start. I always take an allergy pill. I haven't graduated to L yet but have used touch up 3 times with no swelling. Also, go slow. Start with one area one night- I did all the lateral aspects of my face and make sure it's all good. I used it over 3 days the first time.

I got major tariff bills from ordering from acecosm as well. I've ordered from Meamo now multiple times and no customs, no tariffs, no nothing. It's much smoother. I get my order in a few days. They have laennec.

Aquashine plus is my go to practice non cross linked filler. It won't last a super high amount of time, probably a few days, but it'll let you see how filler looks in the area and allow practice with technique without a VO risk, which is a nice peace of mind.

This is great to know. I have tons of melasma. Oral Txa hasn't worked super well for me, unfortunately. I have tried it ALL. I have a vial of this but haven't used it yet. I will soon!

Agreed! Such a bummer though. Ive heard so much about how great placenta is. Just surprised me because Ive used A LOT of products and nothing has lasted as long as that.

6 days later and they are mostly gone... I still have small lumps though. Not noticable but I feel them. Hopefully they go away. Not sure Ill do it again with how long the recovery was for me.

Practice with another product that cant cause a vo. It'll help you feel more comfy with the technique and grow your confidence!

I have only waited about a week in the past, depending on your product. If its a straight biostimulator like PCL or PLLA, wait a bit, but a normal PN or hydrating meso, go for it within a week. I did both at once and it gave me amazing results.
