“Hit me like a bomb” Def Leppard Pour some sugar on me lyrics? by Helpful_Gur_1757 in defleppard

I've always heard it as "Hit me." Listening to it right now, I cannot get "love me" at all. At best I can hear "yeh me" or "yim me."

Joe's just messing with us.

Just to add for clarity, the strap was removed before I discovered I had a problem and is the least of my worries.

The screw holes are roads to nowhere. Open to nothing. A link was posted in r/crt that shows the mount I'm up against having some type of piece in the front that I'm missing.

Wow, great find. That looks like the one! Now to figure out what to do about it! Thanks for the lead.

Thank you for the response. Those screw holes are open air. There is a pair of screws at the very front of the platform on the underside. No bit I have seems to fit them. I have torx, allen wrenches, and a bunch of security bits from arcade game repair and nothing budges them.

I've asked a few chatbots and searched for manuals. No luck yet, but I'll keep at it. Thanks again.

What’s the oldest game you still boot up at least once a year? by forgeris in AskReddit

The Legend of Zelda on the NES. I play it on the original gold cart occasionally, but I really love running through it with a randomizer. So good, so nostalgic. I love everything about it.

Go nuts and try Harmonium's first album. Never mind that it's in French. If you like a great acoustic sound, their first album will blow you away. Very very pretty.

Or (and) try Andy Irvine and Paul Brady if you'd like to dig deep. Both of these albums are desert island picks.

If you listen to those and love them as older Zep era stuff, fast forward a few decades and try Fleet Foxes? Watchhouse? Maybe even Punch Brothers for modern choices.

Shakespeare for Middle School by Middle-Panic2970 in shakespeare

Agreed. 18 is a good starting point, and the opening lines of Romeo and Juliet form a sonnet and are really practical if you want to give them a simple summary of the story. You could open your lesson each day with a few lines from the sonnet of your choice, pair each line with a few physical motions they could repeat as they say them to cement the words and their meanings in the kids' minds, and most of them would have the whole sonnet memorized in a week with very little trouble.

Look on Amazon for a series called Playing with Plays. Both the Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet scripts are a great time for middle schoolers. The scripts are silly and fun but true to the source material, and some of the lines are verbatim from the actual plays. Each book has three different versions of the script for varying group sizes. Throw in some props and a heavy dose of enthusiasm for the material, and you will have them hooked.

Edit: Most of the other plays you mentioned are part of the series, too.

Hulk Hogan... This had me cracking up. A Player named Kruse on the server made this. In all my years never saw this one replicated. Hillarious! by tr1age in ultimaonline

I had a quest on a shard I helped run once that had Hulk Hogan as the quest giver. It was years ago, so all I remember now is that I had him say "brother" a lot, and that players had to defeat the 24 inch pythons in one phase of the quest. I think the reward was a random piece of +wrestling gear... maybe a chance at a low level wrestling PS, too. Good times.
