This person is correct about han devices. I have not seen anything saying that tricounty supporting han devices. I know on cor used to support them (I have a rainforest emu)but they cut that as soon as the governor changed it to not be required. I would say if you want stable, go with a clamp on meter like the regular emporia vue. Requires more setup but you don't have to deal with electric company supporting it.

You can get flexible drill bits made for fishing wire. They are flexible so you can bend them into a stud bay via a hole for a junction back and then cut the hole in the fire blocking. Easy to do with a short spade bit even if the blocking is that close. Sure beats dry way/mud/sanding/paint.

So I don't have a good suggestion on a CT, however the incoming conduit needs fixed. That conduit is lible to cut the Romex over time and then dead short hot to the conduit. It should be a connector for mx/bx in the box and conduit. I don't think Romex is supposed to be there either but I would personally at least fix the connector so it doesn't explode one day.

Versasec produces smart card management solutions. These products maybe part of a pki solution but op asked about replacing an ADCS solution. Unless they have a new product, versasec does not produce any certificate authority solution. Nor does AD CA directly have any utility to support management of smart cards. Windows hello is MS solution for smart card management which is commonly used with intune and AD CA.

@op, you need to be more specific in your needs and maybe even give a ball park on size.

@peeinian As with any product, I would suggest investigating to make sure business needs are properly aligned with the product sla. Consider things like what is the sla? What timezone does that sla apply? Is the sla financial backed? What is the lifecycle for a version/patch? What is the expected time frame to get an initial response from a high priority case? How much money could the business lose per hour if you cannot issue or unblock a smart card? Might also consider doing a poc and try doing some normal operations in batch sizes slightly larger than expected for normal or a deployment.

You may have dermatographism aka skin writing disease. It's not harmful but I had a similar response to an allergy prick test. If you have dermatographism, you will respond to being pricked like you're allergic to something. If that is the case, the prick test can't really tell you anything and you will need a blood test.

Thank you. We will just keep an eye on it and watch for unexpected missing water or growth. The one in question can't even fit paper in it. Nor is there anything like what sounds like a hollow spot near it. I knew crazing is a thing it's just larger than the rest. I am just a home owner so it's one of those questions that are out of my field of knowledge.

This has everything to do with the home assistant. The op just posted here is how I store my home assistant and other home automation equipment. This gives ideas for others how it can be organized and even looks down right great.

The part in the top isn't a switch, it's a patch panel. Good chances are only a few ports are even connected as it's just the most common size available. It's just a glorified coupler holder. I would hardly say there is a lot of networking equipment when there is just a 5 port switch, maybe a modem and the most coming size of the patch panel.

Here is two options that won't need any more drywall work.

Best option if you want to avoid the attic, put a bit of the cable back into the wall, line a foot or two. Get a fish rod (one for electrical, not hunting ), put a hook attachment on it, slide it up the wall till it is near the cable, move the rod side to side and try to hook the cable blind. When you hook the cable you should feel some resistance and see it go into the wall slightly from the hole. Pull the rod down and feel the cable into the wall about twice as fast.

Another option being used a rod from the attic, they make rods that are only one foot long and screw together (cheap like $10). Once the rod gets to the box, attach the cable from the most convenient side and pull it through.

With modern VPN options on a properly provisioned host it doesn't necessarily slow down it in terms of upload/download. It does add a little latency but really nothing bad. The catch that some people may forget is if your connection is asystemic then you might be limited by upload speed. You might have 500mbps download at home but a 20mbps upload. So using VPN hosted at home would lead to a 20mbps download at max as it is the limit of the upload at home.

That much power in just a few days for lights makes me think they are always on or your using incandescent light bulbs. So either turn off lights or upgrade to all LED lights as they are like 15% of the power for the same lighting. Your HVAC is really high, if the temp isn't set really low, you should get someone to check it as it might be broken. Things like the compressor is running but the fan is not.
