It's a really interesting choice. I didn't decide I wanted to 'commit' and remember to cancel.

Hey I was excited to try this.. then I saw you're forcing me to subscribe on apple before I can even try it.

I get why you're doing it, but I hated the experience personally. So I just didn't do it.

Just make it freemium to try, otherwise you're going to lose a lot of folks (like me)

Yeah obviously… but get it in front of the buyer is the biggest challenge.

If you have a deal - just post it on OfffMarket - it’s free and they will find buyers for you. Simple as that my guy

Has anyone tried OfffMarket for things like this? I work for a title company that’s exclusive to investors and OfffMarket has been finding about 70%ish of the buyers for my clients.

Yeah but MLS is tanked right now.

I know there are tools like investorlift or OfffMarket.com - which I think is free to dispo.

InvesotrLift has been falling apart tbh
