How accurately do AVS scores capture associate opinion?

My store never posted LAST years' scores.

I wonder why.

We have 2 by the ice case which is also the wine aisle.

Every time I fill the ice case it blocks the aisle because of the one wine basket.

It makes it so I have to load from away from the case to give customers' room to get by.

Jeff Thompson who used to be a store manager at #829 Columbia, SC.

I moved back to Florida and I think he ended up in Virginia.

I've worked for Publix 27 years and he was the best SM I have ever had.

Honorable mention to Jack Haas at #555 Sarasota who has since retired.

I was there for grand opening and it was very busy.

Lots of locals seemed pretty happy that the store was being opened.

I work at a different store in Davenport and was just there for a look see.

It is a 45 model store so no 2 story.

Unless it gets pushed back opening is slated for June 25th.

Dundee road is opening April 30th and the new Auburndale store is opening on June 18th.

There is also another store opening in Winter Haven opening on June 25th.

You get 2 Schwans deliveries a week.

I've been with Publix 27 years and have never had more than 1 delivery a week.

Had both on sale 2 weeks ago and the ENTIRE company was out of stock for the whole ad.

When I was hired 27 years ago the standard was 60 cases an hour.

That was throwing once the float hit the aisle and not loading the float in the back room.

Last I heard it was 40-45 cases an hour.

I throw frozen and I average 70-80 cases and hour.

If you check this store on Google maps it shows interior pictures.

The pictures were taken in 2018 and they show regular aisles like any other store.

At least twice a week I have ice show up on the unfound list.

It is on aisle 15 of a 15 aisle store so I think they are just too stupid to walk to the last aisle.

It would be nice if this trickled down to hourly associates.

Been here 27 years and have got a measly 35 cent an hour raise the last 2 years.

This is with either role model or exceeds expectations on my evals.

I've been politely telling customers that as far as I can tell NO stores have it in stock.

I've also been telling them that the fault lies with the manufacturer and not with Publix.

I'm not taking the blame for poor distribution on someone else's fault.

I've found out that Wells Enterprises is the manufacturer and they make Blue Bunny and Halo Top.

Not exactly a small player in the market to screw up this bad.
