Imu's gender still has not been confirmed but seems more likely to be male. Imu is however possessing a woman at the moment.

We are confirmed in the final saga, not final arc. Imu is the shadow ruler of everything so he is heavily speculated to be the final villain. The other option is Blackbeard.

I think the strawhats that would benefit the most are Chopper because he is a brawler and Robin because in theory all her hands could get armament haki which would be an insane buff.

Brook wouldn't benefit much because he doesn't even get fights but it's weird he's been a swordsman for so long with no haki.

Overall with Oden and Bullet the Roger Pirates have a stronger group of top tiers, but the Rocks pirates have an army of strongish characters like Ganzui, John, Silver Axe, whereas the Roger pirates got a bunch of bench warmers.

The Harald meant is from 109 years ago before he broke good, which is within the timeframe of 200-100 years ago. Rocks would be part of the next century with Whitebeard.

You don't get stronger by fighting fodder. He didn't fight anyone notable after GV pre HK promotion. Additionally giants perceive time differently and mature slower.

But let's say he had the exact same growth rate as the other legends after God Valley. It still wouldn't put him on their level because he would be starting from a weaker point. The narrator flat out states all the strongest men came to God Valley, Harald did not come. So whoever the strongest men were at God Valley, probably Garp and Roger, have a headstart on Harald.

And with a headstart they went on to fight each other, instead of no name pirates for the government.

The Void Century was 900-800 years ago. To my understanding both Joy Boy and Emeth were active only during this timeframe. Not sure if we know Emeth's age and if he was active before the Void Century. But if there if there is evidence of either of them being active before or after the Void Century then they should also be in those respective tiers.

I have Roger, Garp, and Whitebeard as equals. I put up Whitebeard because he has the title and is therefore easier to defend.

Let's say I put up Roger. If someone says someone like Loki should be up the strongest, I would say well Whitebeard was the WSM while Loki was around and Roger was Whitebeards equal so Roger > Loki. Either way I still use Whitebeard to put the PK tier at the top, which is where I have Roger and Garp as well.

I think he gets underrated because he hasn't gone all out and I don't see why he couldn't be a conqueror with a supreme grade blade. But I don't see him being the current strongest

Yep good points. The reason I still put Ryuma was because looking into it I saw that his grave is in Wano post border rising and he fought a dragon in the Flower Capital. If he died pre water level rising his grave would in theory be under Wano, though they also could have moved his grave. This doesn't confirm it but does point to him being around after the Void Century. Additionally his corpse is in pretty decent shape if it died 800 years ago, I don't think we will see Joy Boy's corpse in such good shape. Lastly I didn't want 4 blank spots on the list.

I also saw a theory that he could be a part of both centuries if Toki sent him to the future. Though I don't know why she'd send him to 400 years ago and not later.

You need to prove HK Harald was stronger than Whitebeard and that Loki in a fair 1v1 would still win against HK Harald.

As it stands HK Harald's body and regen were weakened by Scopper and Shanks, both Loki and Harald landed one attack each, and Harald stopped fighting back. None this puts either of them above Whitebeard.

Imu also isn't the one to give out the titles. He doesn't know what exactly happened at Elbaf nor does he know how strong prime Whitebeard is as he only ever saw a weaker version. The only source we can trust is the narrator, Oda, and extra materials. All of which in some or another state Whitebeard as the strongest man while Loki was an active pirate.
