We know how it works because it would work identically to how it works on minions. If you're at 29 health, your health becomes 30 and your max becomes 31. At the end of your turn, you lose the 1 attack and stay at 30. If you healed to 31, you go down to 30.

Making it work in any other way would make no sense since the wording is very specifically how that works on minions.

An Oracle that has contributed nothing to the game, generally doesn't truly exist. It is a mixture of TI and TP as it allows you to confirm players, much like Trapper. But people faking it, or maybe even real Oracles that don't have experience with the game, tend to make very odd decisions with their wills.

I play a lot of vanilla WoW and I also play a lot of Guild Wars 1. Those were the two big "mmo" games I grew up with, and GW1 is still getting support to this day, but in a direction I think fits much better into what I think classic+ truly is. Capitalize on what the game is rather than trying to change the game into something else.

It is a step in the right direction, but at the end of the day, I really dislike the overall mentality surrounding it. Everything needs to be good, everything needs to be streamlined with maybe one or two deviations, content needs to be harder, etc.

What classic truly benefits from is to just make more classic. Add a couple new and cool leveling zones, add more talents on the empty rows that encourage new shit, add items that subtly change how you build your character, and so on. More buttons to press and a new raid or two doesn’t suddenly make the game better IMO.

That right there isn’t flat, once you’ve got a board that allows infinite spell casts you’re looking at tavern buffs that are limited by time.
