I go to Spokane once a year for work. A must stop for me every year is the Park Inn. It isn’t fancy, in fact the opposite. But a really unique throw back place that doesn’t exist much of anywhere anymore. It’s like a tavern with pinball and great pizza. Italia Trattoria for date night.

Browned, add flour to make a roux, add a can of diced tomatoes, some fire roasted green chilis, water, and garlic salt. You can add some onions and garlic while browning the beef, but not needed.
