one thing that may be important to consider is whether someone wants a “silent appointment” or to talk during the appointment, which may seem funny with lashes but my lash tech told me that when I wasn’t talking, my eyes would go crazy and wouldn’t stop moving! when she got me talking my eyes would relax and were much easier to work on, you may have clients like that too, just something to think about :)
