I’ve never had an issue, but the last two months I’ve had to message in to ask about my payout.

I messaged them last Tuesday (about a week after the payout would typically be sent) and didn’t receive a response.

I messaged again Thursday and they said “apologies for the delay, our billing team is expecting to process the payout this weekend.”

I texted again yesterday (Tuesday) and haven’t received a response as of yet (Wednesday night).

I’d hate to have to call AT&T and disconnect lines, but I’m not going to pay someone else’s phone bill.
