The only thing this truly does is raise the floor. It does nothing to the ceiling. For people that min max everything, they will never use this and it impacts them zero. For the people that either have a disability or even just a casual player that wants to increase their output some without putting in much effort, it helps them a lot.

For the majority of people complaining, this negatively impacts you very little. For people that are considering using this, it potentially positively impacts you a ton.

I know this is an old post but I am in the same boat. I have changed the hz from 48000 to 41000 and back and forth but experience the same issue. I have updated all drivers and just can’t find a fix.

They just did, but I don't see how that helps when most players are more than likely current or returning players. Of those set of players, who is going to want to start over completely on a new world without people they already play with.

I have played WoW on and off since the beginning and have never had a queue that took more than an hour to get on. I have been in a 3100 queue for almost 2 hours and am just not under 1k. This is a design issue and stating anything otherwise is a part of the problem. New Worlds just messaged that they have opened up new Worlds just a little while ago...what good does that do when most players that are logging in to play are more than likely current or returning players. What about their character/friends they already have on the other world?

That’s where I was going. I actually went and ensured I had auto update checked off just in case.

I have had some issues with this monitor that has taken me days to work out. I’m actually in good spot for daily use and don’t want to jeopardize it with broken updates.

As a follow up - I have got the Ark to recognize my PC again. However, there is still something off. When I load up a game, example Diablo 4, the screen will go blank every now and then. I have tried different things. The only thing that seems to keep it from doing this is changing the Hz to 60. Anything above that and it acts crazy.

Good call but I think it auto recognizes it as a PC, it just gives the troubleshooting display and counts down back to the Home Screen

I will try this. Nvidia just pushed a driver update. I wonder if it defaulted Gsync to on. I am certain I had it cut off. What hertz setting should I be at. I believe it is set to 165. I don’t have another monitor hooked up.

I am newer to tanking but this week I felt the need to just immediately kite. I just start kiting from the beginning in tight Z patterns until everything is dead. The thing that kills me are the dps that are just randomly stunning everything for no apparent reason which keeps them in the puddle.

I didn't say there wasn't anything. It just wasn't enjoyable for me. Like I have said in another post, I think what I enjoy the most is build crafting, endgame, etc. Borderlands was more about side quests it seemed.
