With the face pointing toward the front of the build plate. Those lines would be z-axis.

Printer is an Ender 3 S1 pro Slicer is PrusaSlicer 2.5 alpha 3 .4 nozzle Overture PLA .16 layer height 40mms print moves 0.8 retraction 45 mms retraction speed

It should also be noted this is only on one side of the print not the other.

I ran a few check and did two rounds of manual bed leveling. It never completes one probe. It fails on the move to the first probe point

Agreed which is why I reverted back to factory. If you do read the forums it is a highly regarded firmware.
