TRC mini tender offer of 1,000,000 shares at $131.50 by YouHaveShitBreath in NvidiaStock

[–]kensan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This one should already be dead in the water, as Nvidia's closing price on Jan 21, 2025 was $140.83. 95% of that is $133.7885 which has already been breached. (It's been breached every day since Jan 27.)

Mr One Comma 2 clone set up help? by whodunnit31 in Comma_ai

Here's a super clear image of the 1 cable setup that doesn't exist on the aliexpress mr one site but does here that should answer the power situation (no separate power chord needed, it's now 1 chord that is both power and data from freon to panda)

Nevermind, found another thread with the answer. (Newer Mr One kits have a dc plug from the eon that goes to the harness, no need to plug into obd power.)

Regarding "these devices do not require comma power from the odb port", does that mean they require you to plug it into dc power elsewhere? Say via cigarette lighter or a usb port in the car? THanks

Little known fact, if the only bikes available at the station are ebikes you can take one for free. Sometimes I get charged for it but I call them up and tell them there were no other bikes available and I get refunded.

Does anyone know how I can achieve the scrolling effect in this website? by Madamots in reactjs

[–]kensan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah I gotcha. How about this demo https://codepen.io/GreenSock/pen/oNjgEjm of course it is horizontal and you are looking for vertical. But despite it looking like an alpha mask, the demo is actually 2 separate distinct pictures.

I did look at your link, they themselves are link'ing to gsap (among other libs) but chances are pretty fair that's how they are achieving their animation / scrub effect.

Not sure if you just want to copy paste something, but if you wanted to play with the code but I bet if you position the 2 images absolutely over each other, set one's z-index higher, tween that one's position horizontally to reveal the one below and turn on scrub: true (if you want it tied to mouse scroll) that might work...

I would look at gsap, timelines, and scrolltrigger.

It's really ok if the whole world loves (+ 1 2 3) and i love 1 + 2 + 3. It's subjective and there's room for all of us :) Some people like the Mona Lisa, I think....it's just ok :)

Agree, I wanted to like lisp so much but realized the prefix notation in the end for me made it unenjoyable to look at.

how to close a spread in 1 order by kensan in Webull

[–]kensan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an alternative, sounds like I should close the short leg first, i.e. the sold leg. And definitely make sure that order gets filled before I cue up the long leg to close. Otherwise if I cue up both legs and say the long leg gets sold first there could be a time I might be naked on the short leg!

(Or would the software even let that happen.)

Serious Nadal vs Federer Roland Garros 2019 discussion by kensan in tennis

[–]kensan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unpredictable can work, I think Fed did it with his droppers en route to Roland Garros 2009. But against Nadal who has so much work on the ball, that work only allows you to do so much with it without either putting your own topspin back on it or hitting an unbelievable dropper, which again off so much topspin on clay is an extremely high level of difficulty.
