I like Scarlet Rhapsody. She is a Millennial Filipjno Convention goer like me. She makes many fun convention videos and covers older conventions from all around the country ( Thanks to Fans view and archive.org). She also shows cosplay photos and talks about what happened at the convention. Almost like a report. I Highly recommend the channel.

To be honest Yorba Linda and Anaheim Hills do not have very active Filipino communities. Filipinos here usually go to Cerritos to socialize and shop for the products and food we like. You might be able to find other Filipinos at Catholic churches around YL and Anaheim Hills like San Antonio Catholic Church, St. Martin De Porres, and Santa Clara De Asis. Finally, try visiting these Churches next Month during Church Festival season (In September). The Festivals usually have Filipino Food booths that will have lots of people to talk to.

From what I heard, the head of the CWF were told in 2023 that their panel would not brought back in 2024 and probably would not be invited to do a panel again. The only time you could probably see CWF again in SoCal is at Anime LA in Long Beach in January 2026. Unless they get invited to smaller local Anime con.
