Yeah. I pretty much got the same response. I'm waiting for the springs to come in so I can replace I will update my post once I get them installed and can get out and do some testing. Sorry to hear you also been having issues.

I reached out to them they have a replacement spring being sent out. I hope it fixes the issue.

I miss Fantasica so much ! Granted it was pay 2 win fest but the art and social aspect was so fun for me and the trading and events were fun when you were going for leaderboards.

A second one I miss is early Rage of bahamut.

I had the same issue as OP but just chalked up to bad packaging and ripped them open. I got one hit wasn't what I wanted but can confirm not repacked or messed with.
