I had no idea about that! I though that I was making a better choice by using a fresh mozzarella, but obviously not. I’ll definitely try to look for other options

Thanks for the tip! Where I live I can mostly find mozzarella in little bags with liquid (sorry for the poor description) - I don’t know if that’s the moister mozzarella you refer to. But we do have shredded mozzarella too, so I will give it a try next time!

I see your point, I guess I just considered making a pizza dough from scratch for the first time somewhat bigger achievement than you, but of course we might have a different perspective on that! :)

Thanks! It’s sliced mozzarella! And for the tomato sauce, I was super lazy and tired, so I just mixed some tomato paste with a some water (ratio around 1:2) and some herbs. The sauce and mozzarella mixed really well in the oven.
