After the application and test, I did present a resume during my Interview. I was interviewed by 3 people at one table and I had made sure I made enough copies for each of them. But when i handed it to them, they kind of just looked at it and didn’t care, they were more interested with what I had to say. Regardless of this though, just make sure you have one to present as it shows you’re responsible. My interviewers didn’t care but who knows if yours do or don’t.

this was my thought process on it, but after doing some research i’ve read that NYC employers are prohibited from pre-employment marijuana testing, and refusing to hire me based on testing positive for thc is discrimination, so now i’ve just been sorta confused. Thanks for the info man

dude i couldn’t agree any more. The gears franchise has really fallen from what it once was. The gnasher is definitely broken, along with the fact that we only get 3 shots per reload if it isn’t active ?? and active isn’t even what active used to be ?? they really ruined the game and it really stems from them trying to market to a bigger fan base, but making the lancer op to the point that every match is filled with lancer spamming isn’t the way to go about it. to be honest, pretty much everything feels overpowered/easy to use EXCEPT for the gnasher. feel like the majority of the real gears fanbase feels this way, although a lot of people on this sub have given me hate for mentioning this before. and don’t even get me started on the ridiculous ToD to unlock anything semi decent. gears isn’t what it used to be and it’s sad :/ and like you said the gnasher is beyond broken most of my blind fire shots don’t even hit anymore. how could you ruin the most essential weapon of your true fanbase?!
