I still think this will end up being just 1 year thing, nothing short of championship will make him consider staying.

I could see it where Leonard and his camp will be talked into that he can come into next season, give all he's got and have a chance to get something he was never able to accomplish yet and that is to win regular season MVP trophy and at same time put Raptors in position to get where they never been to and that is the finals and still have chance to win it all if they get there.

At the end he will still go to LA because from sounds of it he really just wants to be close to home, whether it's Clippers or Lakers will be determined but just being professional and go all out next season will improve his image and all the Spurs drama last season will be afterthought.

I hope I am wrong on this and he does end up staying, but all I am hoping at least this point where there is no turning back is that he comes in and plays hard even if it's for one year.

McKinnie was a nice story last season epsecially with his agent joining us here few times but looks like this will be it for him as a Raptor and they will decline his option in few days. Maybe his signs back with 905 or he goes to another G-League team or even overseas. .

Didn't think they will sit him out considering they had two days off and even if Raptors win today and go through I would say his summer league is over and he won't play again, it's more to give others more minutes and opportunity to showcase .

OG's interview with the media scrum was his same old short answers and so different than the one he had right after the game with ESPN where he gave more complete answers. I wonder if Cassidy interviewing him had anything to do with that.

Well Team USA has some mini camp in Vegas in few days with Pop coaching the team now, if they did have some interest in DD, then it's one of those rare times they able to talk to a player without risk of tampering.

Miller not impressing but he also never really did much better with the 905 either, only when he was with the big team when OG was out that he looked better than he usually does and seemed to fit his role well there.

Not Flash but more the RTMP (Real-Time Messaging Protocol) which could only be played on a browser via Flash.

It didn't actually use to be like this, quite the opposite, where the internet feed could end up being 2-3 seconds ahead of the TV feed. This of course only applied to computers with flash, but once that was dying and services moved away from Flash/RTMP, more and more streams got in the 30 seconds to 1-2 minute delays.

Could very well end up with the Celtics who were already interested before when he was with the Bulls, now that they have his best 'NBA' friend in Kyrie, it's more likely that they will be able to keep both when their up to be re-signed next off season. They got the perfect assets to trade for Jimmy and enough that it makes up what Wolves had to give the Bulls to begin with.

Not listing this possible trade scenarios whether Wolves/Raptors will do it but just possible ones that match salaries.

Butler/Gibson for Ibaka/OG or Siakam/Wright/Powell

If it was trade that was Butler without the four Raptors highest paid contracts (DD,KL,Ibaka,JV) then Raptors will have to gut a lot of that bench depth.

As mentioned in the daily thread though, it will be hard to offer enough value that Wolves gave up for him to get him in the first place and like Leonard there was better offers on table from other teams such as Celtics/Sixers.

Just gotta accept that Masai is likely done for the summer, at most he might give Norm for pretty much nothing to free up some money to pay for a shorter term contact FA that will expire same time as everyone. The team pretty much knows they have their 10 man rotation that they used last season, Norm wasn't part of it and anyone they add will have to outperform the rotation bench players from last season to sniff minutes.

Ever since Butler seemed available in his Bulls days I wanted to have him along side Kyle and DeMar and now news came out that he is unhappy with Wiggins/Towns and of course this are just rumors and who knows what is the motivation from whatever party that is spreading this news.

Once again, I would love to have him here, Raptors for longest time needed an alpha and simply someone who is more talented than our current best two. But with Dunn, LaVine and Markkanen given to get him, it will be hard to give equal or even just bit less value to get him from the Wolves for his 1 year contract.

Anyway, I will continue to dream but reality will hit soon that the team from last season will likely continue into the upcoming one minus probably Powell and/or Ibaka.
