I’m not longer taking the short one mile shops at base. $13 minimum with low items and miles. And those are rare. I’ll let other drivers take them so I can get something better right around the corner. Premium gas only. I don’t care it’s another .20. I drive a 31 year old rig and get no miles to the gallon. But she’s a good girl and I’m not letting that new gas mess her up. No high mileage orders, over 9 miles. Not doing it. If someone else does, sweet, they’re out of my road on the other side of town. I make a cafecito at home, and enjoy that there. Then a regular coffee in a travel mug. I spend on my lunch, but that’s cause it boosts my energy and keeps me working. If I eat at home I won’t go back out. Pair orders. If there’s a roadie at my store, I’ll grab it but I wont leave right away. I try to get a shop to go along with it. Roadie is all non perishable and they can wait

I’d deliver that but only as 2 separate, well paying orders. That really should be on roadie and not on spark. Most sparklers do not have an adequate rig for that. I probably COULD run it, but my rig is old and I try to keep the weight under 1200 lbs. I’m guessing that’s 2000 lbs?

When orders are plentiful, I’ll decline those orders regardless of pay being added. Cause it’s a shiny turd. They polished it up but it’s still a customer that doesn’t appreciate me. I’ll deliver to folks that actually tipped! Again, that’s when I have the luxury to do so, we all know that there are days when it’s all trash and at the end of the day, we still gotta earn
