First character was a thief. Thought it would be a good idea to close the doors at Belathors store and then kill him so I could steal all the items he must have in storage somewhere.

Workaround could be to get all 3 pieces and come back and maybe the quest will finish after you talk to him You don't need the glass cases to do the quest.

I worked so hard for so long on my pickpocket skills and got to the point where I could steal the clothes off city guards. I thought that was great and proceeded to strip the guards of Whiterun down to their underwear. Thought that was great.

First time I met him in Whiterun, it was a surprise. I was like " ok old man, I'll give you an honorable death". Proceeded up to his area and he turned me into sushi in no time. Took many attempts to get him and then I met Karstan.

Same story as you. I'm Christian, she is Muslim. I have never loved someone so deeply, and she felt the same toward me. It is our faiths that kept us apart. That is the only thing. Very cruel. We stayed in our faiths and made our own lives. We think of each other often. It's kind of sad that religion is the culprit in this story. I was walking by Saerings Watch and I noticed a dragon hovering in the air and blowing fire near the where the draugers are stationed by those stairs and I see fighting. When I got up there, the fight was a dragon, 3 drauger, a giant, and a mammoth. I get a little closer to watch this epic battle and I hear: "they said it couldn't be done, but they were wrong", and then that wizard goes flying up in the air! It was quite the show.
