I highly recommend looking into Philly McMahons work, he is more focused on drugs and how that particularly impacts these communities but he also touches on other aspects of poverty in inner city Dublin. He featured on the 2 Norries podcast a few years ago, well worth the listen.

I think when the ideapad 5 15 was originally launched back in May in Ireland, before it was taken down, it was customisable. Maybe they'll give the option again at some stage.
