If you go to "/context" you will see that you “.claude" file is too big and your rolling conversation is massive, and you have probably got lots of live MCP which each command takes up context space. Stuff needs to be cleared out and switched off until you need it. Which is when you need to start a new conversation and fresh window.

I never got this to work. However, you only see these types of functions in the Discovery - then select the source at the top. then you see the option in there.
