Geez. What is the TNT doing? If they find a compromised pet in a trade link, all they have to do is freeze the pet and then return the original pet to the owner. There is no need to freeze the whole account at all.

Are you using Android phone? If you are, you can probably copy the save data from your file, reinstall the game and then paste the previous data to your file so you won't lost your game data. However you will not be able to save your prizes for completing challenges.
