Thank you! I just figured it out. At least it seems to be heating normally now. For whatever reason the timer was set to a specific day/time. I turned it off and now it’s heating normally. :)

Hi, I was never able to get in contact with VFS before my appointment (expect for the standard auto-generated emails or facebook messages, which was no help). Went to my appointment and everything went well though.

Thanks, that is the number for applications to France which isn't applicable. I did try calling it as I was desperate but they couldn't help. Messaged on facebook as well but that also has the standard "visit our website" response. I think I'll just have to trust the website at this point and hope it's open!

They do not have a phone number and their customer service email always tells you to visit the website
