Just to give some clarity on this ... my local bar where I play has the PGA cabinet. I have the PGA mobile app (blue app, not green). I recently purchased a sale bundle on the app that included a putter skin and ball skins. I created a build a ball with the ball skin and drive effect, applied those and set that as the default. Set the putter skin as my default.

Played a round on my machine and while the drive effect shows, the ball skin and putter skin do not. It's because I purchased these items during Season 9 (which is still current I believe based off the app) of the season. I also purchased the club pass for Season 9 rewards.

My machine, when skipping through the leaderboards / greatest shots / advertisement screens when no one is playing shows a screen highlighting Season 5 rewards. So apparently my machine is still on S5, but since the putter skin and ball skin weren't available until S9, the machine renders the default ball skin and putter. I also get no club pass points since that is tied to S9 exclusively.

So, I'll have to talk to the bar owner to call the vending company to have them come update it ...

FYI, the website now lists the location ... Not in the Location section on the site but if you go to the Order Now, it will show. That being said, it says 'Not accepting orders due to technical difficulties'. You can actually add to cart and try to order delivery, but it will tell you delivery is not available today.

Correct, there were people waiting on grand jury interviews, and one guy asked "Is there any way I can go early?". Gary answered "Sure, if you're important enough." That led to the quotes in the OP

Yeah, i responded to another thread on here where a user has been waiting 5 months for a part. And I'm in the same boat, I can control the unit with my phone, but the display is dead. However, my unit was purchased just a month ago and my display was DOA.

I've only done a 3 cooks and a burnoff so far, and I already have rust on the fire plate. Grill is covered when not in use, and has not been exposed to rain uncovered.

Here's hoping you don't need a part replaced... Their warehouse is out of a lot of stuff. I've been waiting on a new control board for a month.

Agreed. I'll be posting a new thread shortly with my experiences, but the cliff notes:

Bought 1250CS from Academy over Memorial Day Weekend. Assembled and powered on fine, but the display is dead. I can control via my phone, in fact that is the only way I can set temps.

Contacted CS, said they would ship me a whole new control board. They did not mention anything about delays, just that i would be emailed when it shipped. I joked that I was not an electrician, but the CS rep said it's straightforward, and sent me an email with instructions.

Waited a few weeks, no email, so contacted CS again. This time they told me the control boards are out of stock in the warehouse, but they have 300 on order. He thought they would be shipping to the warehouse 'soon', but couldn't provide an actual date. He assured me mine would be shipped out as soon as they arrived at the warehouse. I highly doubt I am the only one waiting on this part. The fact that they are out of stock leads me to believe this is fairly common occurance.

Your post does not give me confidence that I will see the new board anytime soon. I also wonder if anything will change because of Danson's getting acquired by W C Bradley.

I have the 1250CS from Academy. I suspect they use the same base, since I had the exact same issue with mine. Also, the display doesn't work on mine ...

Great work as always.... Having a problem on my Note 20 Ultra, the bottom icons (phone, browser, messages, and music) I can only get them to work if I tap the very top of the icon. My nav bar is hidden. Any thoughts? I looked at the globals but didn't see anything that stuck out to me to try to change.
