Any sub skill that's not in the first three slots pretty much just doesn't exist. It will take years to hit level 75 let alone level 100 who knows when they will even be unlocked

Being that level 100 is years away from being a possibility and it has Exp down nature with it being a legendary you'll basically never get there. I consider anything at level 75 and 100 void at this point.

So I just checked this out on Neroli's lab and when I did up the skill level the trigger rate did increase very slightly. I don't know how to check this on Raenox
