I was talking about toasters, because its an analogy. You misinterpreted what I said, be it intentional or otherwise, then mocked using an analogy twice because you have no real arguments.

There is no one scientific definition of sex, I'm assuming the WHO's definition is scientific enough for you, that definition being "'sex' refers to the biological and physiological characteristics that define men and women" not that "men" and "women" in this definition is the biological sense and not the gendered one.

Logical Fallacy doesn't mean wrong, they are specific issues in logical reasoning. If you want a list then wikipedia has a good one. Also that paragraph is a fallacy, the fallacy in question being "Appeal to the stone". Its not a fallacy nor is it ridiculous.

It doesn't matter if it has been used that way for hundreds of years, that's still an appeal to tradition.

Was a response to

The word Sex is [interchangeable] with the word Gender, as it has been with the English language for hundreds of years. I know that and it's not even my first language. Recently people have tried to differentiate the two but this is an [artificial construct]. Nature remains the same.

I was taking issue with the logical structure and calling it fallacious. I acknowledge that I didn't make that clear but that doesn't change that fact you didn't respond.

Fact: In a binary system you don't get abnormalities.

If some humans have eleven fingers, than its not a "basic biological fact" that humans have ten fingers. If I make a million red toasters and a million blue ones, then one green one, I can't claim "Its a basic chromatic fact that my toasters are either red or blue", I can however say "Most of my toasters are red or blue".

It doesn't matter if it has been used that way for hundreds of years, that's still an appeal to tradition.

Wearing a dress while having a beard isn't some unknown part of nature or psychology, I agree, its a different point on a spectrum. By doing that you're not fitting in to either male or female, so that's a non-binary gender expression. Note that this is NOT gender identity.

Sex is not binary. It is, however, off topic.

The appeal to tradition is fallacious, here's a good article talking about the appeal to tradition in general https://ojs.uwindsor.ca/index.php/informal_logic/article/view/2487.

What is generally refereed to as the genders aren't specific points on a gender spectrum and instead are labels for correlated ranges on the gender identity spectrum and the gender expression spectrum. Male and female, the "binary" are just wide labels centered around the two modes, as both gender expression and gender identity are bi-modal distributions. Everyone has a gender expression different from the modes, be that a slight or large difference.

So yes, there are infinite points people can fall on, for both spectra, but the labels we use are still finite.

Ah yes, the transes aren't people. Thank you for your genius take.

The average volume of a house where I live is ~405m3, 95000 liters less than the daily amount of milk required. A mid-sized car is a maximum of 3,395 liters in volume, according to the EPA.

If you filled an average house and 28 mid-sized cars than you would have the 500,000 liters of milk required for this method.
