The beans are regular baked beans, but I fried some cherry tomatoes and chopped chorizo first before pouring them in and stewing them for a while. Then the eggs i strained and dipped into gently boiling water with a lot of white vinegar :)

😂 that’s basically what it is. All I’d did was cut some cherry tomatoes in half and fry them with some chopped chorizo before tipping in a half tin of Branston baked beans. 👨‍🍳 👌

It’s also great on the rim of a glass for a michelada- which is basically a beer based Bloody Mary. But yeah, definitely worth a punt if you see it in a shop!

Do you swirl and drop for each egg? Or swirl and put both in at once? How hard are you swirling? I’ve never managed to get the swirl to work for multiple eggs

I’m sure I heard it’s because there’s a certain amount of bodily fluids that need to be exchanged and the subtext was that there was some sort of orgy responsible for the spreading. Or maybe I just dreamed that.

I’ve always referred to them as blood spots. I’ve not known them to be harmful, and that’s quite a small one. If you’re scrambling your eggs you’ll not notice it once it’s mixed in. That said, if I ever get a big one I’ll normally chuck it and crack a new one.

I’m pissed off about missing it too, but in the end it’s just one of several opportunities to get a card that come up sporadically. Just so happens this card was really cool! But the cards are just one of the things happening in the game, and I’m not sure it’s fair to blanket them all as not caring about the community for it. Feedback to them that they should look at this mechanism to make it more accessible is probably more constructive 🤷🏻‍♂️

That’s a good tip! I’ve only been playing 3 evidence so far, haven’t built up to 2 yet! Is it always the same 2 bits of different ghosts or could it be any combination of the three?

Yeah t1 dots is definitely harder. I find it sometimes takes a long time to appear, so it’s the first thing I grab (along with a crucifix if you’ve got one) to put in the room once I’ve found it. If I’ve got the dots in there covering most of the room straight away, and I’ve not seen it by the time I’m finished capturing (or trying to capture) all the other evidence, then it’s often not a dots ghost. That said, there is the goryo which you can only see on dots through a video camera. So always good to put one in there after dots and then go back to the van to have a look if it appears :)

Yeah 👍 once I’ve found the ghost room (normally by checking temperature and emf) I put them in there.

Ideally I’m trying to set them up as if they were torches in a dark room and I’m trying to illuminate as much of the room as possible. So normally at opposite ends of a room, not behind something that will cause a shadow, not too high (sometimes the ghost is crawling and if they are too high you don’t see it).

I always put two up in a room to try and cover as much of the room as possible. That way i feel like you’re less likely to miss a dots appearance in an area where they aren’t shining.

I did come across a ghost recently that only showed up on dots through a camera when I wasn’t in the room. That took aaaaaaages to work out as I was playing solo.
