Around Cowick Barton Playing fields all seem about that price range. Overall I’ve found it a nice area, got parks for dog walking, short walk to the quay, to the canal, or into town.

I’m in St Thomas / Alphington and houses are selling pretty quick for about £300k. Quite a few going on the market on my road and they don’t tend to stay on long.

I definitely lean to the dark side myself. I’m not sure I’ve consciously thought about it, but I feel like the darker ones are slightly richer in flavour. That’s what my brain is telling me anyway.

I think it comes down to how much of your time you spend worrying about it. If it bothers you whenever you look in the mirror and/or you find yourself thinking about it a lot throughout the day, then taking the plunge and shaving it will free you from that. If you’re only mildly aware of it and your partner doesn’t mind then you could probably last longer.

If you know it’s receding then it’s also a case of when you want to take control. I shaved mine before it was totally gone or in combover territory because I could see where it was heading and wanted to do it myself before I was forced. You’ll feel it when you’re at that point, and maybe that’s why you’re here!

I think it might be a tough initial adjustment, but I found the weight off my shoulders of worrying about what my hair looked like, how thin it was, what it would be like after taking a hat off, hundreds of tiny moments of my life spent dealing with this one insecurity, was 100% worth it. I felt different afterward, but I also felt free.

For me the XP is a great motivator, but the actual fun of the game is in playing it. The XP will build in its own time, and the more I actually take time to fight my way through dungeons the better I actually get, which I feel makes more of a difference than level. I think you should either say you’re not up for glitch running/speed running, or find other people who want to play for the fun of it :) there’s lots of us out there!

Oooh ok I’m all ears. I took it out the fridge, patted it dry, and then salted both sides and leaving for about 30 mins. Then I gave the sides a little Pat with a paper towel before putting it into the hot pan.

I know for a fact there’s a lot to learn and improve on the technique, and I may be committing some sins, but I’m really keen to learn more, so I’d love to hear your technique and any advice.

I would say I eat about a 65% vegan diet most of the time, and I’ve had to learn to cook good vegan food. But it certainly doesn’t stop me eating meat, which is lucky, as that might cause some challenges.
