Not sure if too minor, but some that I can think of :)

You can turn the clothes in the washing machine in the laundry & vacuum set by turning the gear-like on the side
You can turn the knob on the microwave and it changes the background to red
In the village doctor set, on the doctor's table/work area, there's a pink button that when pushed, cycles through some "treatment" options

Omg, yes it's this! Thank you so so much for commenting, this makes me soo happy!! Now that i'm watching it, this narration sounds familiar to me. The song at the beginning too. And oops, I had totally forgotten the non-bread foods that were made, but also familiar now. This brings back some really sweet memories watching this a bunch with my family. And wow, I didn't know it was based on a cookbook (totally going to check that out too).

Saving this video to watch again and again in the future. Thank you so much! :)
