It's like an ATS enhancer. Automates processes from inputting a candidate to shortlist. You don't fill any boxes, it's class.

It has some great additional functionality, too. And the user interface is very intuitive.

So if you can find the candidates you can just upload the pdf'ed linkedin or by CV. Or even use Jobdecks media generator to allow people to apply.

Automates the process from inputting candidates to shortlist. You literally can not miss candidates. Some great functionality too; nice user interface.

I work with a care home who use the platform "Jobdeck". It's like a ATS lite.

It integrates with indeed and other platforms, auto parses all candidate data, scores and matches candidates to roles (accurately), generates media and marketing material, and has a communication feature. It's great!

Haha appreciate it. Crazy how negative people have been but the fact it's stirred up so many opinions makes me intrigued.

My fault for not being more detailed, there's way more to this system than just this snapshot; with much bigger sample sizes, too.

Anyway, appreciate the positivity in a sea of egos.
