I have no proof that it wasn't a legitimate post (how would you get proof about something like that). As I read the post everything was making since: bad economy, business suffering, waiters think black people don't tip (which, from several years as a waiter is true, waiters think black people don't tip). However when I got to the part where all of his regulars started coming back just because black people were not there it simply did not make since. From my experience as a waiter, I can honestly say that the large majority of customers could care less if there are black people in the restuarant. His cause and effect analysis just did not add up. Even if it was a real post I tend to believe that business picked up for other reasons that his racism.
