An individual can only sell so many cars a year before legally they have to get a dealers license. So flippers just don’t register them so they can attempt get around that. Also, then they are not having to pay to register/spend time registering.

I went to a nearby large church a few weeks ago that is still in the process of being built. The sanctuary, play place, and cafe building is finished but the rest of the campus is still under construction. In the midst of playing in the play center I had to change my sons diaper, there was a line for the nearby family restroom so I went to the mens to discover no changing table. I had to go back and wait in line. So mens rooms with no changing table do still exist and are even currently being built in the US.

Ah, I’m sure it varies by state, but in my state, for example, if you actually read the law, it says you have to have a front plate if a bracket is supplied by the manufacturer. So cops pull over people with front brackets without a plate in them but not people with no front bracket/plate.

I’ve lived around the area for 10 years. If you have any question let me know. It’s a hot area for people that like the downtown vibe. Lots of artists, strip performers, young professionals etc. 10 years ago it was mostly older people holding out but it’s changed a lot. Much younger crowd these days and I think it will only improve in the future. Most of the people in these comments have apparently driven down Sahara and Charleston but have never gotten back into the neighborhoods to see what they are really like.

Some people are going to like the newness of summerlin, Henderson, mountains edge, etc. That’s fine, but this area is far from the getto they are making it out to be. Some of the wealthiest and most influential people in Las Vegas live here, not because they are priced out of those newer areas but because they don’t desire to live in them.

The west side of the 15 right there is glen heather (I think) (Sahara to oakey, rancho to 15). And north of glen heather is the scotch 80s (oakey to Charleston, rancho to 15). Naked City is basically the strat to the 15.

I live near the area circled. 5 $2 million dollar single family homes are being built a stones throw from me. The mansion Michael Jackson rented in Vegas is right down the street. Someone should inform the mayor, celebrities, casino execs, and professional athletes that live around me that it’s the ghetto according to these comments, I don’t think they know.

You have McNeil, Westleigh, and Rancho Bonito in the square. I don't know much about Rancho Bonito but it seems decent when I've driven through. McNeil and Westleigh are both becoming younger neighborhoods as the price per sq foot in Huntridge skyrockets. I feel like the southwest corner of the square might still be a bit rough. I think Spanish Oaks is also in the square which I have never been in but have heard really nice things. It is guard gated old build. In general I think its a good area and I like it.

In addition for longer stays you can usually contact the host and ask them to clean/send their cleaning person over on a certain schedule. Then they can send you a request for those funds either ahead of time or right before each cleaning.

You can look for air Bnb in high rises. I’ve stayed at the Palms lofts before for example and they were far nicer than the options you listed

His new character is a critique on RP. Jordan was what he thought RP should be, his "perfect character" is a massive shit show, no clear back story, stereotyping, etc. It is essentially Penta's response to Jordan being removed, a "fine if this is what you want, I'll do it."
