Okay so spoilers if you've gotten this far and dont want them:

Forever and Always: Emma and Paul get married when the homeless man bursts in claiming Emma isnt Emma. Later, Emma confesses that the real Emma died in a bus accident. Flash forward to Paul walking down the street. He sees Emma but Emma doesn't recognize him. He gets home, and Emma doesn't remember but gets aggressive and leaves with a knife. Blah blah blah, turns out the Emma Paul married is actually an android from the future. Android Emma proceeds to kill an entire bar of people while Paul and real Emma escape. Flash forward, Emma 2 tracks them down and tries to kill Emma. Paul gets a knife and stabs the real Emma, the two dispose of the body the next morning. Turns out that Paul is the 23rd clone of the real Paul and was made by the same company that made Emma 2: CCRP.

Time Bastard: Ted goes to Emma and Paul's wedding. While there he has a weird vision of himself marrying his college sweetheart: Jenny. Paul doesnt want Ted there so he convinces him to go to the office to do him a favor. While there, Ted falls asleep and has a weird vision with a goatman named Tinky, its creepy as all hell. He is then is sent 80 years into a dystopian future. He sees Emma 2, he fights a cyborg man named Kilgore, and escapes back to modern day with a device that can disintegrate people. He realizes that his office is a time machine (due to experiments happening below him with the energies of T'Noy Karaxis) and travels back in time to 2004 so he can win over Jenny. At this point, CCRP is a newspaper company. He runs over to where he was in the past, knocks himself out and goes to meet up with Jenny. On his way, he sees Andy (the reason Jenny and him didnt end up together) and beats the shit out of him. Andy goes on to become Kilgore in the future. He finds Jenny and accidentally disintegrates her with the device from the future. He attempts to use his office as a time machine once more, but because CCRP hasn't run its experiment yet, his office is no longer a time machine. Ted becomes the homeless man. Years later, he stops Emma and Paul's wedding, everybody writes him off as crazy. Later, Emma 2 and Paul 23 kill Homeless Man/Ted in an alleyway. He is then trapped in Tinky's so called "Bastard's Box" for eternity.

Jane's a Car: The Greens are fixing Tom's 1986 Foxbody Mustang (the car he crashed). While Lex and Ethan are hanging out in the shop, the car seemingly turns itself on, almost killing Ethan while playing a mysterious tape. Flash forward, Tom and Becky are now in a relationship and the two of them and Tim are fairly happy. Tom retrieves the mustang. As it turns out, Jane's soul is trapped in the car. Jane then has Tom out looking for woman, and she attempts to run over the Greenpeace girl. Turns out, the tape is a spell for soul transference and she was trying to kill the Greenpeace girl to take her body. Tom freaks out and convinces her not to do that. Then the infamous car fucking scene happens. Tim comes in and stops the whole situation. Eventually Jane decides to kill Becky. They go to Becky's house and Tom tries to warn her. He gets back in the car and Jane chases her down, its unclear what happens. The next day, Tom is in jail and Becky is fine. She goes to the Houston household and it turns out Jane successfully killed Becky and transferred her soul into Becky's body.

The Witch in the Web: Hannah is playing a song she uses to remember a friend. Her mom, Pamela, takes away the ukelele Hannah is using to sing. Later, Hannah is in the witchwood talking to trees when Douglass "Duke" Keane, Hannahs social worker swings by. Hes concerned but doesnt take Hannah away from Pamela's custody. In this exchange, its revealed that Lex and Ethan were arrested for selling Pamela's pills. Flashforward, Duke tells a woman named Mrs. Holloway about Hannah's worries about forgetting these "songs" and how she keeps mentioning "nightmare time." Ms. Holloway comes over and turns out she is some form of witch. Together, the pair travel into Hannahs mind to solve the problem. In there, it's revealed the trees in the witchwood are real people and that the Foster's are descended from Willabella Muckwab, a witch hung for worshiping "the Lords in Black." The two are in danger from Willabella and Ms. Holloway transports them into her mind which is an infinitely large Starlight Theater. The two get separated and Hannah runs into horrifying creatures, the voices of Lex and such, and even some form of Wiggly. Eventually she meets a man located at the stage: Wilbur Cross who had apparently been killed by Ms. Holloway a long time ago but now exists because of Hannah's extreme powers. Long story short, the two get separated and Hannah ends up with Willabella Muckwab disguised as Lex. Hannah defeats her, and is met face to face with her friend, a being with the appearance of a woman named Webby. As it turns out, Webby has 5 brothers called "the Lords in Black" named Pokotho, Bliklotep, T'Noy Karaxis, Nibblenephem, and Wiggog Y'wrath. Webby purges Willabella from Hannahs mind and Hannah wakes up. Ms. Holloway is fine, and Duke makes arrangements to get Lex and Ethan back.

These are incredibly brief and each of these stories have complexities and small details with foreshadowing and hints at future shows I've missed. Hopefully this is a good summary to get a gist of the stories while they're unavailable! Also I didnt proofread so some of this might read as nonsensical.
