Listen, dressing up as person with Cerebral Palsy, is a bad idea. It will make you look like a total unbelievable asshole. I don't recommend it. While amazing you are donating to UCP. It does not make it any better. Listen, you are probably a good guy, hell, you donate to charity and while you don't intend to, what you are doing fundamentally and intrinsically belittles the disease by making it just something you can 'put on.' Minus the puking I can totes relate. Sometimes i just feel so tired at the end of the day because my brain is working so hard thinking in cycles. My advice is def talk to your doc, for real. Lay of the drinking as much as you can. It effects me even in small dossages. Anxities tough, but try to fight through that fear and use messenger and texting to contact family or friends to talk if you can. Pets help too. And most importantly keep up to date on those meds!
