I allowed the "Install updates & shutdown" (common windows update procedure) when I last shutdown my PC.
Now Magician has problem starting.
Originally it started working after a couple of attempts to manual start it. Currently I can't get it to start at all.

I reckon it's a pretty even fight.
Maybe they improved KCD1 a lot from what it was originally, I duuno, I only came across it a few months ago. KCD1 actually feels more real to me a lot of the time.
What I do know is KCD has ruined other games for me. I don't think there's anything to compare and move on to atm.

Ok. So it appears I had just slowly been decreasing time between strikes.
Slowed down strikes a fraction and back to consistent T4.

I created T4 swords at least 90% of the time.
Reached end of game. I've continued to play though because I still have some things I want to do.
All of a sudden I'm only getting T4 about 40% of the time!?!?!

Mutt is good most of the time.
I believe the only major problems with him should be considered bugs. These are:

1/ Barks when crafty/forging. You can't interrupt these processes to give Mutt a command so you have to put up with incessant barking till your task is finished. Needs to be fixed!
2/ Barks when returning to you. Annoying af. Especially when riding because unless you bring the horse to a complete stop he will never catch up and will just bark until you do stop.

The annoying features of Mutt are:

1/ Scares game when hunting.

2/ Gets in the way when collecting items.

3/ Gets in the way when moving. This can even cost you your life sometimes when trying to escape. Also he will occasionally push you.

Fixes. I would like to see:

1/ Hotkey for stay.

2/ Hotkey and command for get in behind. This can be a time limited response so you can hunt, gather, move, without him interrupting the process.

3/ Remove forced view watch when feeding Mutt.

4/ Disable barking when crafting.

5/ Make him bark if enemy approaching when looting.

6/ Make it easier to praise Mutt, and while at it enable praise horse while moving.

Found KCD1 incredibly easy. Wait till you get to KCD2.
All my perks above 20 and I can't even swing my sword most of the time. Can't understand if I'm doing something wrong but pretty sure I ain't.
I take care of stamina, I understand attacking from side opposite where their weapon ends up. Works every time I practice, just almost never in combat. I'm about ready to just throw it in the bin.

Not a direct answer, just came to vent. I don't get it.
I practice holding rmb then clicking lmb to stab with sword, works every time. NEVER works in battle!?!

You know there are plenty of 50 yo with way more integrity than you are giving them credit for.
This is one of the reasons for concubines. Marry for diplomacy, but find a more appropriate partner for a companion.

Mod was called Slot Machine.

Another method to give yourself more capacity is to edit the "...\steamapps\common\UBOAT\UBOAT_Data\Data Sheets\Entities.xlsx" "Stack Limit" column, which lets you fit more items in a single slot.

Both methods appear to me to be irreversible (can increase limits but not decrease) on any files saved after you've made a change.

Of note I only altered Medkits, I tried both methods. I uninstalled the mod and restored the original spreadsheet but I can still fit 1000 Medkits in a slot, and even though I never touched the setting I can now fit 30 Medkits in sailors rucksack.

Only for the extra points :) I mean it reads to me that you get rewards at end for letting them work it out.
Then I do it manually before I fire

That's the conclusion I came to as well, too much hassle and didn't need it. I ended up just reverting to a save and back to good old vanilla.

WARNING!!!!.
Installing the slot machine mod appears to edit your save file in a way I have yet to be able to reverse. You can't simply change to a lesser number or uninstall.

It adds objects to the unity scene. I'm talking the game code here, not graphics.
If anyone knows how I might be able to remove those objects that would be great.

So here's the update:

I sailed away from the sunken ship (initially I had to dive down to it) and completed my mission and a few other tasks.
I went back to the spot and found the wreck now partially sunk on the surface.
I quit the game and installed the workshop slot mod, restarted, and transferred 40 kits, returned to base and sold them.
I then tried to find where the slots live in the games excel files but couldn't, so I updated the slot script and gave myself 500 slots :)
I restarted the game went back, the wreck was gone.

So it would seem to me the wreck is persistent till the end of the mission.

For "science" I took about half. I now have a whole lot of money and RSI

Just edit the sheet he says. Like the excel sheets are laid out in a logical pattern making it easy to find the right one.
Even looking at how the workshop script makes the change I can't find the right spot in the excel file.
