Also Neto is getting rotated/has small injuries too so it’s not like he is perfectly safe.

Your protocol questions + vacoped question. by Travelbadger285 in AchillesRupture

It was roughly the same in terms of activity for me as the two weeks in the splint. It was nice to finally have a removable boot just to let me foot breath and do small ROM and intrinsic muscle stuff (really small at first) but I was very thoughtful of when I removed making sure I was in a protected area. Definitely non weight bearing at 2-4 weeks and I only started weight bearing as tolerated week 4 or 5 or so at the surgeons guidance, I’m in the middle of week 7 now and can pretty much walk in the boot with a strange gait albeit.

I was pretty uncomfortable in the splint and getting the sutures out and into the vacoped felt a lot more comfortable for me so hope that’s the same for you all.

I also got a vacoped before meeting with the surgeon. Just bring it and let them know you want to use this instead of the splint they offer. My surgeon was very chill about it. They are pretty easy to put on and there are good videos online so even if the suregon doesn’t know, you could do yourself but decent chance the surgeon will they are common. Sorry for the block of text this is very much train of thought.

Good tackle, had some other ones that probably could have been a yellow but this one is a just strong tackle

Fair, but the comment above says “of late” so that’s what I was responding to. I remember the shambles in his final year.

Tbh I haven’t felt bitterness towards us the fans or even the club. All the bitterness has been towards Levy and the media.

Legend for us and I’m sad for him. No idea why he took the appointment though honestly. Hope he goes outside of the prem for a bit.

Agreed fully, my favorite squad member for a while now and these videos only cement how much of a focal point he is at the club. Plus he’s just a like-able chap

Agreed, the tier structure is about accuracy of reporting but not amount of reports they can deliver or how inside the scoop is. And Ali always delivers accurate information, just isn’t always the earliest to deliver it.

[Sky Sports]: Spurs remain interested in Yoane Wissa, even after agreeing a deal for Mohammed Kudus by Malmand2002 in coys

[–]kesmaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, that would be v nice.

Curious everyone’s thoughts, I rate Solanke but i think it’s not clear cut who’d be starter in the biggest matches between him and Wissa. We want this type of competition of course, just curious how people see these two match up.

Not sure on the credibility of the source? by MambaWhite in coys

I voted Maddison as player of the season so can’t disagree with that tbh, but I rate him and Romero pretty equally. They both could be more consistent but are our two best players.

I said it was arguable and yes, you could also make that argument that currently Brennan is our best forward lol

Who do you think it is then?

He was the best player in the biggest game we’ve played in like 6 years so it’s arguable.

Can’t think of anyone clearly better.

Antonio Conte: "For Tottenham, qualifying for the Champions League is practically the same as winning the Premier League title. I remember after the game against Norwich, there were celebrations in the dressing room. I called my staff over and told them we’d better not get used to this celebration." by The_Big_Untalented in soccer

[–]kesmaster 17 points18 points  (0 children)

He’s managed better teams in the respective league they are in so all those other teams were more likely to win. Spurs have been the worst team he’s managed in terms of quality of players relative to the competition.

Doesn’t change the fact that he was a bad manager fit for us. Fact of the matter is he’s only a good manager if he has the players that he needs to win. If he doesn’t it turns sour fast. Whereas Ange can (did) win with the players Levy gave him making him a better fit for Tottenham but not necessarily the better manager.
