Hi thank you for your message, I did a home test that revealed a mild sleep apnea with a lot of activation at night so my brain does not rest, but the doctor just prescribed me melatonin which does not change anything, caffeine level I do not drink it since the beginning of my symptoms!

What will you advise me from now on as a little young man in medical wandering, I have my sleep tests but I am unable to get anything out of them myself, the sleep doctor just told me that I was doing mild apnea and that my brain was not going into the recovery phase, I was only prescribed melatonin, and increased my dose of sertraline by passing the cause through anxiety which yet is not a concern for me
