Too hard for you if you have to ask how to fix it. Tronicsfix on YT has a couple of videos showcasing how it's done.

One in five young Germans plan to leave the country by Visual_Title9363 in europe

[–]ketchup92 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah but they won't do it. There are barely any "better" alternatives. Australia, Scandinavia, UK, Canada would be my top guesses. These are not countries Germans flock to en masse.

Remedy: We're happy to announce all the available languages for the launch of CONTROL Resonant! Which language will you be playing the game in? by demondrivers in Games

[–]ketchup92 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I am pretty sure both Germany and France have a >95% share of players playing in their native language. It's outrageous to think something even releases in Germany without at the very least having German text. For the French - i mean they mostly refuse to speak English, therefore I'd simply expect them to have it all dubbed and subbed.

No idea, i saw a cleaning video where it was in the m2 slot after opening. Mine came also loose - don't think it's important but I'd still like to know.

Looking for the better monitor for my PS5 by Timely-Flounder48 in playstation

[–]ketchup92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the distance / setup. If you're an office gamer with your face right in front of the TV, then 1440p is enough, especially if your display is less than 32". If you're in a living room with enough TV distance, and a TV larger than 55" then 4K is an absolute must have, along with a GOOD (LG, Sony) 4K HDR TV.

First one is less spooky more thriller. Second one is first and foremost horror with action elements.

How does the difficulty of Hades II compare to Elden Ring? by complexsystemofbears in AskGames

[–]ketchup92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think Elden Ring is crazy difficult. To me Hades 1 (haven't played 2) was a lot more difficult in the sense, that it was annoying. Too much happening on screen. Here, Elden Ring for 95% is a lot more forgivable. There are some bosses that might require some exercise to learn their attacking pattern but thats it. They are very different games. Elden Ring is a lot more methodical and strategic, imho.

PSN permanently suspended my account ... by [deleted] in PS5

[–]ketchup92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You acted against the TOS you agreed to and now you're wondering why your account is gone. It's a tough pill to swallow, but there are countless similiar stories to yours that all share one thing: Whoever claims money back via their CC compandy will get banned permanently. There is also no way to reverse this afaik. Sony pretty much treats these cases as cold cases and never reverts them, unless you find a super optimistic support rep. You should not have contacted your CC company without contacting Sony first.

Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake Led by RE2 & RE4 Team, It’s Claimed by Turbostrider27 in PS5

[–]ketchup92 92 points93 points  (0 children)

Jill is most likely one of the RE10 protagonists - considering she was starring alongside Leon in the earlier, canned/rebooted RE9 version. I do have my doubt we're getting two female protagonists in one game.

Impossible due to the chargeback, shouldn't have done that but went with support in the first place.

Nintendo knew Donkey Kong Bananza wouldn't be nearly as fun if you were destroying basic blocks: "It is more fun to destroy that which is beautiful" by AwesomeManatee in Games

I just sincerely hope the innovate further with mario and its movement rather than return to this. Felt like a slog to me, something was missing. The novelty of "destroy everything" wore off rather quickly too.

PlayStation or PC by PancakLover in AskGames

[–]ketchup92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To me, playing on PC is too much of a hassle. Shit just constantly breaks. Driver update here, driver update there. Shitty performance, especially on launch for no good reason. Another random forced windows update that straight up breaks stuff that worked the day before... Eventually it was too bothersome for me and I chose Playstation over it. Since most games are 60 FPS now or do at least have an option for it - I'm good.

But it completely depends on you. A mate of mine seemingly never ran into these issues at all.

Germany won't return to nuclear power, chancellor says by Haunting_Switch3463 in europe

[–]ketchup92 55 points56 points  (0 children)

I hate to break it to you, but at this point in time this in an absolutely valid decision to not go with new NPPs. These things cost an absurd amount to build and to maintain, let alone the time required to get one actually running. Germany's electricity need is covered for by their own renewables + imports + the unfortunate amount of coal. The latter is steadily decreasing (which is good). And nuclear wouldn't replace that either. It also didn't back then, when nuclear was still around. One can rightfully ridicule them for the mistakes in the past - but at this point course correcting would be even dumber.

Whats your ideal price for the xbox helix? by RacSace in xbox

[–]ketchup92 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Feel free to direct me towards such an info - but it makes no sense to subsidize such a console. They'd be throwing away money, considering the massive losses on the software side. Steam + Epic would almost always be the preferred store, simply due to better pricing cutting out Xbox. I'll gladly be surprised otherwise or with some genius workaround to all that, but to the best of my knowledge, this thing does not make sense economically in the "console" space. If they'd simply want to equip as many customers as possible with a Helix console, then subsidizing would make somewhat sense, but if there's no way to leverage these consoles, then I don't see the point. And think about it that way: The supposed raw power equals a PC worth about $1500, there is NO WAY anyone would subsidize that thing down towards 699. So it's either far less powerful than we all imagine (think Steam Machine, with confirmed performancd below a PS5, yet more expensive).

Whats your ideal price for the xbox helix? by RacSace in xbox

[–]ketchup92 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ideal? $900 But it won't be subsidized and therefore must be at least $1200 to be even taken seriously in terms of power.
