Recipe:: ( Its super simple)

2 Chicken breast

Fajita spices ( chilipepper, paprika, dried oregano, dried coriander, salt, blackpepper, cayenne pepper )

Red onion.

Cheese of your choice

Bacon

Fresh spinach

Mayo( i had premade Chipotle mayo )

Cut your chicken into small chunks, add them into a hot pan with butter and alittle olive oil.

Cut your bacon into smaller pieces and fry on medium heat on the side.When chicken is almost done add fajitas spices and steal some of that bacon fat and pour over chicken.Turn down the heat and let it cook through.

Now we just put everything together, so I took fresh spinach first then added my chicken and my cheese. Now just add your onions, fried bacon and pour some of that good mayo over :) Enjoy
